WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE LIKE ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. PLEASE ENSURE ITEMS SHOW NO SIGNS OF USE AND ARE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR EXCHANGE. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WHEN ITEM IS DELIVERED TO LORENZEN FARM. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON  CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.

All exchanges sent back to us must be accompanied with a receipt or order number and prior approval from us.  

Exchanges without proof of payment will be processed at wholesale pricing. Web specials, sales, and clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Lorenzen Art is not responsible for any damage that occurs when return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
